The hotel had an amazing location, being very close to the center of the city and the Englischer Garden. It was also conveniently located near the main Christmas markets, easy to explore and enjoy the festivities. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome and ensuring that I had a comfortable stay.

The staff at this hotel are top-notch! The hotel itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a lovely European charm and elegance. The location is perfect, with high-end stores and restaurants nearby. As a family with 2 small kids, we appreciated the amenities and activities provided.
We felt extremely safe during our stay and the staff always went above and beyond to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble.

This hotel offers a truly luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities such as an impressive indoor swimming pool, a large spa and wellness centre, and a variety of beauty and massage treatments. the location is perfect, with easy access to many of the city's top attractions. the restaurant serves delicious food, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for relaxing with a drink. In our room, we were delighted to find a private balcony with stunning views of the city.
this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel, and there were still plenty of other fantastic facilities to enjoy.

I was impressed with the excellent location and facilities of the hotel. The classic style and old traditions added a touch of elegance to the atmosphere. The valet parking service was convenient, and the breakfast was delicious. The views from both the rooms and the breakfast restaurant were fine. The bathroom, with its heated floors, created a cozy atmosphere. The abundance of restaurants and bars in and around the hotel made dining options convenient. The staff was attentive to details and provided excellent service.
